Old Age Security (OAS) Monthly payment for Canadians 65 and older who have lived in Canada for at least 10 years. Many people are enrolled automatically at 65 — but not everyone. Canada Child Benefit (CCB) A tax-free monthly payment of up to $7,787/year per child under 6, and up to $6,570/year per child aged 6–17 (2025–26, indexed to inflation). Canadian Dental Care Plan — Children Under 18 Free or subsidised dental care for children whose families do not have private dental insurance and meet income thresholds. Enrol through Service Canada.
